William G. Horton Bill Horton is an independent legal counsel who also acts as an arbitrator and mediator.  He has served as head of litigation in two major law firms and is highly ranked in international surveys with respect to the resolution of business disputes.  Bill Horton has extensive experience in disputes involving accounting services and the role played by accountants in providing third party assurances with respect to audits and investigations.  Recently, he has dedicated half of his practice to serving as a neutral arbitrator and mediator in commercial disputes.  Bill Horton serves on several Canadian and international dispute resolution bodies dedicated to the promotion of alternative methods for resolving business disagreements.  Return to Council List
