Lili-Ann Foster, CMC
Lili-Ann Foster is the
founding President and CEO of Renaud Foster Management Consultants, which is
recognized for its leadership in the fields of Governance, Board and
Executive Recruitment and Leadership Development. Her board experience
includes being the first woman to Chair the Deposit Insurance Corporation of
Ontario (DICO 1993-1997), where she introduced a model of governance that
received national attention for best practices in the public sector. She has
advised the Auditor General of Canada, the Privy Council and the Treasury
Board on governance for Federal Crowns and Agencies; and has developed and
delivered the Board Orientation Program for all of Canada’s Crown
Corporations. She sits as a Member of the Institute of Corporate Directors
Ottawa Executive and, until recently, was both the Governance Program
Director and a faculty member of the Schulich Executive Education Centre at
the Schulich Business School, Toronto. She is fluently bilingual.
