Shoba Khetrapal, M.A.
Shoba Khetrapal is
currently Vice Chair of the Board of Directors of St Joseph's Health Centre,
Toronto and Chair of its Audit Committee. She is also a member of the Board
of Directors of Cancer Care Ontario and of the Canada Pension Plan Review
Tribunal.
Ms Khetrapal has
extensive experience as a Senior Financial Executive at international
corporations such as Moore Corporation Limited and Canadian Pacific Limited
and most recently as Vice President and CFO at Weekenders International. She
is a former Board member of the Ontario Casino Corporation, Moore Group
Services BVBA-Belgium, Peak Technologies Canada Ltd, Moore Business Forms
Pension Trustees U.K. Limited, and Moore Holdings Ltd.-Australia and a past
President of the Toronto Society of Business Economists. She is a certified
director of the Institute of Corporate Directors, a member of the Toronto
Chartered Financial Analysts Society and a recipient of the Professional
Woman of the Year Award by ICCC.
