Jacqueline Orange,

ICD.D
Jacqueline Orange is a member of the Board and Audit
Committee of the Laurentian Bank of Canada. She is also a member of the
Independent Review Committee of First Trust Portfolios Canada. As part of
her twenty years of governance experience, she was Chair of the Business
Board of the University of Toronto, as well as a member of its Governing
Council. She also served on the Boards of the Sunnybrook Health Sciences
Centre, Tafelmusik Chamber Orchestra, and the Canadian Council for
Aboriginal Business.
Ms. Orange is a bilingual executive with thirty years of
experience in the financial services industry, in both the private and
public sectors. She retired from the federal public service as CEO of Canada
Investment and Savings, a special operating agency of Finance Canada.
Previous employers include the CIBC, the Bank of Nova Scotia, London Life
and Canada Trust. Ms. Orange received her MBA from the Richard Ivey School
of Business at the University of Western Ontario, and her Honours BA from
the University of Toronto. She holds the ICD.D designation from the
Institute of Corporate Directors, having completed the Directors’ Education
Program at the Rotman Business School.
