Glorianne Stromberg, B.A. (Honours Philosophy), LL.B., Chair and
Secretary
Ms. Stromberg is the author of three reports on regulatory strategies
relating to the provision of financial services and the protection of
investors. She is a securities lawyer,
a former Commissioner of the Ontario Securities Commission and a frequent
speaker and commentator on matters relating to the investment funds
industry, the financial services sector, and the protection of investors.
