John Crow, B.A., Chair Mr. Crow is a former Governor of the Bank of Canada. He is former Chair of the Independent Task Force for the International Federation of Accountants on "Rebuilding Public Confidence in Financial Reporting". Mr. Crow's community involvement includes Chair of the Arts for Children of Toronto, and member of the Campaign Cabinet, Four Seasons Centre for the Performing Arts. Return to Council List
